Motueka, Tettnang, Galaxy
Brewed like a pale ale, fermented like a lager, Two Stepin’ is a unique beer that bridges the gap between two of the most popular styles. Lager malt gives the beer a light golden hue, while Motueka hops add subtle citrus notes and Galaxy hops contribute tropical fruit aromas. Lager yeast brings all the flavors together, creating a lager that is both refreshing and complex.
MALTS
In 1518, a strange mania swept through the french city of Strasbourg.
People began to dance uncontrollably, day and night, until they collapsed from exhaustion or heart attack. The "Dancing Plague" lasted for a month and killed dozens of people.
