HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you are inside the local deliveries catchment area then one of our team will deliver your order on the day you selected when placing the order. If you are outside the catchment area, once your order has been packed and sent via courier you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, we do offer a collection service. Your order will be ready to collect on your collection date at your selected time. Place an order here. Our collection times vary depending on location and time of year.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ON AN ORDER?
If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to change your address. Please get in touch at Contact@hopunuionbrewery.co.uk. Please note Hop Union Brewery cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if an incorrect address has been provided.
I’VE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
Please contact us if you have not received your order within 2 days after your selected delivery date. Contact@hopunuionbrewery.co.uk.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you have placed an order and payment has been processed, we are unable to add on any additional items.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED
If your order has arrived damaged or you have received a notification from our courier informing you the parcel is damaged please get in touch at Contact@hopunuionbrewery.co.uk with your order number. Photographic evidence may be requested by the team.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED / MISSING ITEMS
If you have received the wrong item or are missing a product, please get in touch at Contact@hopunuionbrewery.co.uk outlining which items you have received, and which are missing.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY
If you have received items that are damaged or faulty please get in touch at Contact@hopunuionbrewery.co.uk and attach photographic evidence of the damages.
