HOPS
Centennial, El Dorado
Crystal and chocolate malts in the mash add a light amber colour with nutty, caramel flavours. El Dorado hops in the boil give a stone fruity flavour and a medium bitterness. Mosaic and El Dorado in the dry-hop give candied tropical fruity hop flavours.
MALTS
The furthest recorded dirt bike jump is 118 meters, set by Ryan Capes back in 2008. He also broke the world height record, travelling to 78 feet high, after hitting the ramp at 101 mph!
