Two Steppin'

Light Munich Malt and Caramalt in the mash give a deep golden colour. Tettnang at the end of the boil adds noble hop flavours. Talus and Mosaic in the whirlpool adds hints of tropical fruit flavours. A traditional lager yeast brings all the flavours together to create a fruity full-bodied lager. 'Two Steps' - Brewed Like an ale, Fermented like a lager.
