Idaho 7, Citra, Simcoe
Light Marris Otter and Pale chocolate in the mash give the golden-orange colour. Orange peel in the whirlpool creates a subtle pithy bitterness. Idaho 7, Citra and Simcoe added at various stages during fermentation layer in tropical Orange-Citrus flavours. Bloody lovely!

Who was Bloody Nora and why is she used as an exclamation? Bloody Nora was originally called Nora and the maid for the wealthy Duke Wodingtonshire in the 17th century. She earned the name Bloody Nora after she killed a servant of the duke with a stick of celery.
